Food Market emphasizes buying locally! We offer local honey,
personal care products and a great selection
of organically grown produce from farmers in
Redlands, Mentone, Corona, Yucca Valley, and
Imperial Valley. Organic, seasonal produce is
the primary goal, which is often picked by owner,
Susie, from small family farms in neighboring
communities. And this year we just started a
Produce Co-Op that offer members the opportunity
to buy produce at wholesale cost. But whether
you’re a co-op member or not, Sol Food
Market guarantees the freshest produce in town
at the lowest prices!
We don’t just buy
products because they’re
labeled “organic”. Sol Food Market
offers products from grass roots companies that
believe in making a positive difference in our
world through using quality ingredients and donating
their proceeds to non-profit groups, children’s
education, protecting the environment, etc. You
won’t find any large corporate “organic” band-wagoners
here! In addition, we monitor the ingredients
of the products we offer. For example, we are
careful
to avoid products that are genetically modified,
products of cloned animals, or contain high fructose
corn syrup and hydrogenated oils- yuck!
At Sol
Food Market you’ll find a great selection
of gluten-free products and unique items like
Claravale Farms raw milk, buffalo meat, and hemp
seeds, as
well as some ol’ time favorites like Uncle
Eddies cookies, Reed’s ginger brews, Have
A Chips, G.T.’s Kombucha, and Dr. Bronner’s.
We will special order pet food, diapers, antibiotic
and hormone free meats - from ostrich to frog
legs - or any other items you may need that we
don’t
carry in stock! And for the winter holidays,
be sure to pre-order organic and free range turkeys.
